MUTS Work Report

On September 7th, the MUTS and the Coconino National Forest Service trail crews performed trail maintenance on the Frog Tank Connector Trail and the hill near Janice Place forest access.

If you would like to more information on the trails surrounding the Munds Park community, then click the “Maps” link on the MUTS website.  We have mapped most of the official Coconino N.F. trails around Munds Park.  The Coconino N.F. just gave us a Kelly Canyon motorized trail system map, which is on our website.

Our last 2019 Scheduled Volunteer Event is:

October 5 @ 8:15 a.m.

Meet at the Pinewood (240) Trailhead
Priority project: Trash Clean-up along the 240 road.
We complete our task around noon, then a FREE Lunch will be provided.

Please R.S.V.P., via email (mundstrailstewards@hotmail.com) if you plan on attending the event and lunch.

What to bring: Work gloves, long pants, sturdy shoes, sunblock, and dress for the weather.   Water and trail tools are provided.
